AQUATIC GARDEN
Discover a whole new world of plants you never knew existed, how to layer aquatic greens (creating submerged and floating landscapes) and the oh so soothing effect of watching plants dance gracefully underwater, somehow flicking a switch in our sensory overloaded brains.

Aquatic plants are forgotten members of the plant world, which is a pity as they’re often very well suited for indoor growing. They have adapted to live completely submerged in water or drifting freely, without a care in the world, on the water’s surface.

KEEPING A BUOYANT AQUATIC GARDEN
ALGAE
Remove surface scum to keep bacteria levels down. Floating plants also help with this. Direct light can cause algal blooms.

WATER

Top up the water, every other week with room temperature water, as it evaporates. Plants purify the water thereby reducing tank maintenance.

LIGHT
Place your Aquatic Garden in bright, indirect light.

MAINTENANCE

Prune plants and remove any dead leaves
